Medford Vet Clinic

End of Life Care

It is a difficult aspect for any pet owner, but end-of-life care is an important conversation to have. Here at the Medford Veterinary Clinic, our veterinarians are here to help you with making an end-of-life plan. End-of-life care includes managing current diseases, pain management, prioritizing comfort, and when necessary, euthanasia. Our veterinarians understand the difficult decision to euthanize, but euthanasia is a humane act that can help end pain in our pets.

Many owners are unsure of what to do once a pet passes away. We offer cremation services in order to help you during your time of loss. There are two types of cremation services offered:

* Individual Cremation: Your pet is cremated by itself, and you receive the ashes in a small box. We also have a selection of urns available for purchase, if this interests you.

* Group Cremation: Your pet is cremated and the ashes are not returned to you.
